Youth Leadership Conferences
The Counselors

Since 1985, we have worked diligently to provide the very best faculty available for our students, ranging from a working astronaut to a zoologist. Educators at all levels, including school superintendents, politicians, environmentalists, a U. S. White House briefer, military and government leaders, come to expose our young leaders to their future. We work from 6:30am to 10:00pm each day. After many lectures (30-45 minutes each), students break up into small groups for further discussion. Interaction with role models is the key that unlocks the thinking process of these young adults. The goal of the discussion format is to give our future leaders a better understanding and appreciation of what makes the USA tick and of its role in world affairs. We also show our young adults how very special they are as individuals. In that regard, we provide opportunities to do special things that will support them in future activities. The type of students that we look for are active in school, community and church activities. We do not teach military education, but many of our students are enrolled in Junior ROTC programs. Virtually all of our graduates go on to attend colleges, universities or one of our service academies.
